Irlam & Cadishead Healthy Heart Club

Meeting times:

Every Friday and most Wednesday mornings from 9.30 am until 12 noon. Download a full list of meeting dates for 2017 here.

Chair-based exercise, bingo and tai chi take place every Wednesday morning (please check dates as occasionally we are closed for holidays or trips).

Friday is a mixture of dancing, chair exercise, tai chi, bingo and arts and crafts. We have a lovely fun, sociable atmosphere at Irlam and you will be well looked after by our team of volunteers. Our club at Irlam is extremely popular with local people – we have more than 150 members and we would love to see more of you!

The club is currently supported by The Manchester Guardian Society Charitable Trust.

Strength & Balance healthy hips & hearts chair-based exercise Group Relaxation & Stress Management sessions
Arts and crafts such as card marking and crocheting Blood pressure monitoring

 

Cost:

First visit: no charge
Subsequent vists: £1.00 per session
Donations requested towards refreshments (50p), Raffle tickets £1.00 each.
